How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at glow@fajrflair.com or fill out our contact form within 25 days of receipt of delivery. Claims deemed an error on our manufacturer's part are covered at their expense.

Incorrect Mailing Address

Please verify shipping address is correct before checking out completely. FAJR FLAIR is not responsible for shipped items or returns due to incorrect addresses. 

Is shipping available to a P.O. Box?

We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

25 days to Return/Exchange

Misprinted/damaged/defective items can be returned or replaced (with same item) if submitted within 25 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit (tracking states undelivered), all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date.

Include Photo of item

Our manufacturer may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. Send a photo of the item to glow@fajrflair.com. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

What is the typical USA shipping timeline?

Post fulfillment (2-7 business days), the average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.
