The Masks We Wear - Workshop + Dialogue for Women
Common masks (disguises) women wear:
Hiding and suppressing our real feelings
Feeling the need to tame, mute or water down our personality, style, etc.
Being silent when we need to speak up for our needs and wants
Conforming or playing in a role that does not represent our whole self
**Ring the alarm** Enough! We act and wear so many "false faces" that women do not know who they are genuinely. This leads to an unfulfilled life, people pleasing, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, self-neglect, being taken advantage of, used, etc.
